Emergency remedies: Dr Bach’s ‘rescue’ combination

紧急花精:Bach医生的“急救”组合

Emergency use is the one area where a pre-mixed combination is actually the best solution. When Dr Bach mixed Star of Bethlehem, Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens and Cherry Plum and called it a ‘rescue remedy’ he had in mind the need to respond without delay to everyday emergencies and crises. When something happens and we need immediate help we can reach for this crisis mix and know there is going to be something there to help us:

Holly is often thought of as the remedy for anger – but this isn’t necessarily the case.

In both types they are anxious to be free from the one particular thing which is greatest in their minds and which seems so essential to them that it should be cured. They […]

(Igor is Igor Pietkiewicz BFRP, from Poland, an experienced Bach trainer who flew in to lead the course.)

Participants also learnt […]

From Stefan: “The type remedy is who you are underneath everything else. It’s possible to be a mix of types, then, but the true type doesn’t change. Having said that, subjectively it will feel as if it DOES change, but this is just because we build up layers over time, and sometimes a remedy state is so anchored that it seems to […]
